About Crystal

Communication… Intention… Connection…

Crystal Cotton is the creator of Crystal Clear Connextions, and personally develops the course content. She believes in, and practices all of the concepts used for her communication workshops.

Crystal has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Training and Staff Development. She holds a Master’s Degree from the John Jay College in Public Administration, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from St. John’s University.

Crystal is a continuous learner and has earned professional certifications from New York University in Corporate Training, Cornell University in EEO Studies with a focus on Dispute Resolution, and successfully completed New York City government’s elite Executive Management Academy program.

Since 1999, Crystal has been drawing from these learning experiences to teach others the skills and secrets of successful communication for a New York area non-profit organization.

Using a unique concept of intentional delivery, she is now making these proven techniques available to you.
